Amazing place, we started trekking from check post, from their it is approximately 6.5 km about 4 hours trekking to Triund. We have carried our gears with us food, wood ,tents, sleeping bag etc. Fire is not allowed on top u have to take permission from forest guards for the same. Rest the weather is just amazing.

Among the most popular of treks, starting from Dharamkot, this is a must for enthusiasts if you are in this part of the woods. Going up would take approx 3.5-4 hrs and around 2 hrs while coming down, so start early if you intend to return on the same day. Ideally one should camp out at the top overnight and come back next day.

The Kheerganga trek is a bit difficult but once u reach the top it's worth it. On the way the lush green forest with tall trees adds to the beauty... A memory of a lifetime.. Do visit before u die. Cheers !!
